Landing page re-design during my time delivering for product owners and UX designers at Suncorp Group. One of the Suncorp’s brands – Vero Insurance required a total re-design for their online claims page. Essentially like a bridge page for Vero brokers to make online claims on behalf of their clients, the page also required detailed information and awareness of Vero services and reputation.
Product page was built out under the company’s CMS – Adobe Experience Manager (which is Suncorp’s main website platform for all it’s main brands in insurance services (AAMI, GIO, APIA, Shannons, Bingle, Suncorp & Vero).
The main objective for this page re-design was to make it prominent the 2 claim type entry points – Motor Claims or Property & Specialty. CTAs needed to remain the primary dominant feature with supporting information and guides located at the start of each entry point. The content layout was divided into tabs with a consistent layout pattern for each tab and using a combination of internal grid ccontrol components (Flex) with content containers and the different types (such as accordions, text panels and column layouts). The CTAs were to open a modal overlay which provided the entry point to the claims funnels for the two types of claims.
Content, wireframes, mockup concepts were provided by the product owners and UX designers. I provided them collaboration in coming with alternative solutions with any limitations/gaps with the proposed UX design and building out the final product using the AEM components.
Skills & tools: Adobe Experience Manager along with Vero’s CSS style guide sets, utilising skills in setting responsive layouts within all the components (such as grid controls, content containers, tabs, viewport settings, CTA sections, text panels, customised HTML/CSS settings), Photoshop for hero image sizing and optimisation, on-page SEO and set tagging and tracking on CTA button click events for Adobe Analytics.
